Answer by phenders21
PSP Video 9 – its now coded by the developer of Videora. It it convert and copy it to the Memory Stick once its done conversion automatically. You can even set up RSS feeds for automatic downloading (via BitTorrent) and conversion and duplicating to MS automatically.

http://www.pspvideo9.com/

http://www.pspvideo9.com/pspcasting.html

Use the H.264 Codec for encoding. If you have firmware 3.01 or greater, then you can get full res 480×272 video.

Get Videora here if you are interested. It will work with BitCOmet, Azureus and possibly uTorrent.

Answer by brain
PSP Video 9 and SUPER are free video converter, just google search for them.

Answer by rose
If you can’t find a free one, please try this PS3 Video Converter, also PSP Video Converter.

Answer by Assisi
I often use this software, you can download here:

http://www.flash-to-video.com/products/youtube-converter.html

It can download YouTube videos and convert them into the formats you need: AVI, MEPG, MP4, WMV, MP3, MOV and so on for your mobile device like iPod,iPhone,Zune,PSP,and etc

The Super Easy Way to Download YouTube Video
http://www.flash-to-video.com/blog/?p=129

Answer by Jane
this will help you…. Use ‘zillatube’. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 video or sound formats from youtube that are compatible with windows motion picture maker(or windows media player), and more. Also for high quality conversion, use vcd mode to get good quality mpg file.

Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows motion picture maker(included in your windows machine) to create new masterpieces..

It is very simple to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mpg videos with windows motion picture maker.

It works very well – http://www.zillatube.com

Question by Sara:
Trying to make a motion picture in Windows Motion picture Maker and need help alternating between files in timeline?
I’m making a video in Windows Motion picture Maker. I comprehend the basics but I am having trouble trying to figure out how to do something.

I have two folders of photos that I imported into two different collections. There are 80 photos in each collection. For my video, I would like it to play one picture from one folder than another from the other folder, just keep alternating between the two folders. Is there any way to do this?

——————————————

Answer by theOutside
Just drag the photos to the storyline in the order that you want the pictures. First put one picture in the storyline from one folder and the next from the other folder and so on. There is no faster way to do it unfortunately. Hope this helps.

Answer by M@RT!N
I use mediacoder which is free, customizable to the extreme and does an overall good job.

Answer by Paranormal Kitty
Adobe Premiere Elements. Here is a link to a free 30-day trial (don’t need a credit card or anything):

See if you like it. It’s around $ 99 to purchase the full version, less if you are a college student.

Answer by rage43130
I put all of my movies in avi and it seems to have good resolution

Answer by salimh
You have to convert it to a dvd format, it will give you a good resolution,; I am sure of that.
I recommend you download ConvertXtoDVD, it is my favorite.

It will convert your video files to the dvd format readable by all standard dvd players, then burn automatically to DVD!

it is simple to use, fast and it works! give it a try, you will love it

1. Download ConvertXtoDVD here:

http://www.burner-software.com/AVI-to-DVD-Converter/AVI-DivX-XVid-to-DVD.php?exact=sa_ConvertXtoDVD

It can convert any video file.. like wmv, mpeg, asf, mp4, avi to dvd

2. Add or drag-n-drop as many video files as the DVD can handle

3. Insert blank DVD

4. Click “Convert”

5. Enjoy watching those video files on your home DVD player! =)

I edited a song on motion picture maker and i wanted to open the edited version in audacity to export it to a WAV for a cd. But I have to convert the edited song into a audion format in order to open it in audacity… how do i do that???? PLEASE HELP!
——————————————

Answer by Michael
There’s a program I had installed at one point that turns the whole or part of a soundtrack for a film into .mp3. I think it was actually named “DVD to MP3 and I believe NCH makes it. I used it to make soundtracks from some film musicals that never had ones of their own produced.

Here’s a link that might help:

http://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html

Or this:

http://dvd-to-mp3.software.informer.com/

What you are wanting to do is technically called RIPPING, ’cause you are ripping the soundtrack from a motion picture (.avi, .mkv, etc.) file. s I comprehend your question, that is what you want to do, right?

Answer by Mujer Alta
If you have the XP or Vista versions of Motion picture Maker, making a separate audio file is easy. It cannot be done with Windows Live Motion picture Maker. (Well, it can be done but you’d need to install audio extracting software. I use and like Pazera Audio Extractor to convert my audio files when I just need a swift conversion. Download is the tiny button with the blue text.)

http://www.pazera-software.com/products/audio-extractor/

In XP or Vista: Open the video with the audio you want to save in Timeline View. Click the tiny + sign on the left side of the video track. Click on the audio track and drag it straight down into the Music/Audio track below it. Do not panic when the video track disappears. The original video you opened is fine.

To save the audio: Publish To… My Computer. On the first page of the save dialog, give the audio a new name (so you do not overwrite and replace the original video file with the audio file) and a place to be saved to. On the second page, click on “More Settings” and choose the highest quality (in Vista it’s the second one down that is 156 Kbps). Click the button and wait for the audio to be rendered. Done.

You can open these WMA files directly in Audacity (at least, in the 1.3.13 beta version).

——————————————
